Of the Entrance to Eternity

A Holy and Fierce Lion stands watch over Eternity.  From a Righteous rite of passage and with iron will, he has conquered all.  He is a Consuming Fire of Life which bars entrance to all that is unholy.  He protects eternally those who are allowed to enter.  And his blessing of strength is endlessly boundless.

Who will dare approach his blazing teeth which cradle a Golden Tongue of Holy Righteous Fire?  With joyful abandon, the Lion does the will of the Most High God.  Respect for man never crosses His Godly mind.

His razor sharp claws are poised to strike.  The speed of lightning is outstripped by the strength of his limbs!  And his Holy Eyes perceive, void of distraction.

The sound of unholy feet touching the ground, as the unholy man rises from his unholy bed, are heard with perfect clarity.  Preparedness for the confrontation was established before creation was created.  To say the Lion is ready, is to speak with a Great meekness of words.

Men may boast before the encounter.  “I am worthy to gain entrance!  Follow me.  I will lead you past.”  But such boasting will dissipate in a flash!  In the place where boasting was king, terror will take the throne.  Their great arrogant pride will never return again.  Where once life strove to thrive, there will come an eternal wasting!

No one will approach the Lion of Judah without a full understanding of the Holy Love of God.  The Righteousness of God will devour all his enemies.  But the Righteous Love of God stands ready and willing to now instruct.

Who is wise to listen?  Who is fearless enough to approach?  Only those who understand the coming confrontation, will appeal to God for mercy.  Only those who count their strength as weakness, will find themselves willing to listen.  And only those who listen find themselves enabled to become.

Holy Violence

The Gospel of Christ Jesus cannot be sweet, unless it has been allowed to be violent.  The pride of man must be shattered.  Humiliation of our wickedness must be endured.  Our wickedness must be exposed.  And Truth must be exalted.

The Righteousness of God is firm and will cut through the things of men with eternal violence.  Those who can say, with great asuredness, that the Gospel is sweet, have stood up before the Most High God that He may cut them to shreds.

Those who live forever in the Kingdom of the Most High God’s Christ must be purified.  The wickedness and pride of man is pleasurable to him.  But God demands purity righteousness and holiness.  Nothing wicked will never enter God’s presence.

“From the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, and the violent take it by force.” (Matthew 11: 12)

9 After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. 10 And they cried out in a loud voice:

“Salvation belongs to our God,
who sits on the throne,
and to the Lamb.”
11 All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. They fell down on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, 12 saying:

“Amen!
Praise and glory
and wisdom and thanks and honor
and power and strength
be to our God for ever and ever.
Amen!”
13 Then one of the elders asked me, “These in white robes—who are they, and where did they come from?”

14 I answered, “Sir, you know.”

And he said, “These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
15 Therefore,

“they are before the throne of God
and serve him day and night in his temple;
and he who sits on the throne
will shelter them with his presence.
16 ‘Never again will they hunger;
never again will they thirst.
The sun will not beat down on them,’
nor any scorching heat.
17 For the Lamb at the center of the throne
will be their shepherd;
‘he will lead them to springs of living water.’
‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’” (Revelation 7)

We are all forced to answer a question.  Has the Gospel of Christ Jesus become sweet to us?  And another, as God’s righteousness become peace to us?

Be Still and Know That He is God

Why do you want to move the Christ?
Tis better to push the earth!

Make it go faster.
Make it go slower.
Make it not move at all.

He was the same before his birth.
He is the same Righteous Life!

He’ll not go faster.
He’ll not go slower.
He will not move at all.

So why do you not want to change your life,
To sorrow from sinful mirth?

To not go faster.
To not go slower.
To learn to not move at all.

Ownership

From the bravado of a foolish man who thinks he can endure hell, to the pompous nature of the self righteous, who thinks he is something when he is not.  The folly of man’s pride reaches deep.

We did not invent sin.  Sin was in heaven long before we were even created.  And so was righteousness in all its purity.  Righteousness and rebellion go back a long way my friend.  You are nothing new.

Cain was only the first to murder among men.  He was not the first to murder.  So where does that place any other man whose hands are filthy?  And Abel was the first righteous man among men.  He was not the first one who was righteous.  So how can the self-righteous think so highly of themselves with any means to quantify?

By every account man is nothing.  He does not have a patent on wickedness.  And he can have no claim to righteousness.  By every account man is nothing unless it is given to him from above.  Or unless he is inspired, by those who came before, to the rebellion against the Living God.

Where then does pride among men stand?  My friend, you are simply not that important.  At best you can only be used by those who came before, whether for bad or good.

To the Youth

The righteous retain the right to speak.  But the wicked have forfeited their place among the people.

Blessed and at peace are the ones who obey the Living God; those who are trained from birth to do what is good and pure.  But woe to the wicked man who wakes to his wickedness; the one whose eyes have become open to all the wicked things he has done.  For that one will come to understand, yet he will not be accepted in the ears of the people.

Truth demands a voice.  And he who has truth will find himself compelled to speak.  But woe to such a man as he who has forfeited his right among the people.  A burning fire will consume his heart.  But he will have no place to stand and vent.  Though he knows the answers and can teach them well, no one will hear his words.

Listen to this, you young!  Before you let the folly of youth consume you, hear these words.  Remain dressed in what is good, so that the old man you will become may have a place to stand and speak.

Will you listen to this man?  He was once young just like you.  But in his embrace of wicked folly, he has lost his place among the people.  As truth has come upon him, his heart is changed, but too late.

You do not need to follow his example.  Seek the Lord Jesus and continue in his way all your days.  Then you will retain the right to speak among the people when wisdom has filled you.

Will you be warned?  Will the old man or the old woman you will become, be pleased with what you have done?  For you will certainly learn what is true and wise.  Desire will come up on you to speak.  But if you do not hear these words you will have no place of prominence.  And the wickedness you love so much will become a bitter taste in your mouth.

You will find yourself of value.  But you will be like a beautiful diamond, left in the desert, with no place to be displayed.

The Advent of Impurity

The beauty of a tiny child is magnificent.  But then they learn to speak, don’t they.  And when they have learned to speak they learn to understand our words.  From purity they are forced into a world of greed, and this from our very own mouths.

Show me then, what man can proclaim he is innocent of sin.  Everyone of us then needs the mercy of the Living God.  That mercy has a name.  Inexpressibly beautiful, that name is Jesus.

But I profess, with surety and boldness, that the forgiveness of Christ can pull us back to the purity of a child.  As we learned from our parents, are we willing to learn from the Father of Life?

Let this message entice you.  Push things around in your heart and make a place for it.

2 “From the mouth of infants and nursing babes You have established strength
            Because of Your adversaries,
To make the enemy and the revengeful cease.”
