COME!

Come, thou Holy One of God!

Though the masses go about in darkness.

Though violence fills our minds and streets.

Though filthy tongues prattle  all day long.

Though everything that is wicked is raised as king.

Though hatred for your Holy Ways fills the air like a plague of gnats.

Though your Holy and Righteous Son is despised among all things.

Split the air with the sound of your perfect Horn.  Descend and gather those things that are yours Holy Father.

Let the ungodly remain ungodly.  Let he who does wickedness continue to do wickedness.  Let he who loves lies become his desire.  Let the darkness not perceive.

Even so, Holy Lord, come!

Finality

Last night the Lord returned in his Glory, taking all those who were wise enough to be “awake”.  If you are reading this you have missed the day of his appearing.

It is now your lot to endure the wrath of God.  You are, as has been said, “Left Behind”.

Is there fear in your soul as you read those words?

I say with surety, they are only a warning.  The Glorious Lord Jesus is yet to be dispatched.  But when that day comes there will surely be many more mornings.

Mornings of terror.
Mornings of hopeless rage.
Mornings of famine.
Mornings of plague.
Mornings of war.
Mornings of difficulty this world has never seen.

This may very well be the last day you have, to receive God in the fullness His wisdom has determined to give to Man.  Worship the Living God in Christ His only Son, or perish through the Promised Enduring.

It’s Nearly Time

When man least expects it, God will send His Son to collect His people.  What will the world look like when man least expects a visit from the Holy Lord Jesus?

Across the whole world, all men will be distracted by the things of this world.  All but a very few will be watching and waiting.

Television, Internet, entertainment of various kinds, working for money, drunkenness, sexual immorality, pursuing education, building more and more buildings, planning their case as they take each other to court, immersed in glorifying the body of every possible way, marrying and giving in marriage, buying land and houses, cars, boats and planes.  The distractions of this world are endless.

But soon the trigger will be reached.  The Holy Father will give the command.  The Holy Son will move without the slightest hesitation.  Without a hint of mercy, Christ Jesus will appear with thousands and thousands of holy angels.

As quickly as it has appeared to men, it will subside.  Gone will be all who love him.  Those who remain, will now own the peace they desired; an entire world without the influence of the Holy Spirit.

What will be the nature of the world on that day?  Shall it be much more different than today?

How many families give thanks to God before they eat their meals together?  How many people wake up early in the morning to go find a quiet place to pray?  How many people live their lives according to the rule of Christ Jesus?  How many actively seek the Lord’s direction for absolutely everything they do?

Fewer and fewer, my friend

Those who believe in some alien creatures from another planet, are vastly more than those who worship the living God in Christ Jesus.  Millions attend a sporting event, but only a handful attend church.  And of those who attend the church, there are only a handful who live their faith throughout the week.

What is the world supposed to look like when the father finally sends His Son?

What may be even sadder than the great majority left behind, is how very few will even read this message.  And even worse than that, is how few of the few who read this will bother to tell someone else.

What must the world look like when the trigger is reached for God the Father to send His Holy Son?

Perhaps the baby is born tonight.  While all of you sleep, the last child of promise leaves the womb.  Perhaps the last Christian to be baptized, will emerge from the water tomorrow morning.  Perhaps the last “Amen” will be spoken in a prayer just before the crack of heaven, tomorrow night.

But go, go, go!  Go enjoy yourself while there’s still time.  Ignore these things as you have in the past.  How should this message make any difference?

Let those who are holy remain holy.  Let those who are vile remain vile.  Even so, Lord Jesus, come!

Every Effort

Most don’t care one whit about the gospel or Christ Jesus in His Kingdom.

Some care and only do The Father’s Will a little bit.

Others care and strive to do, but find themselves woefully lacking; falling back and rising up and falling back again.

Very few find legs of strength and stamina to boot.

Fewest of hearts are dedicated 100% the holy Lord of life.

This is the way it is and it evidently can’t be changed.  The human heart is deceitful above all things.  And many are held captive to it.

But the captivity of the masses does not affect the Lord’s promises.  This is the day of calling and of holy work.  And the day approaches very quickly when the door will be shut and there will be no more holy work for men to do.

Perhaps today the sky will rip, and the Majestic Holy Lord Jesus will appear with his Holy Angels, to gather His elect from the four corners of the earth.  Perhaps before you finish reading, this he will appear.

As quickly as he comes, it will be over.  And the vast uproar of sin on earth will begin.  Those who were close to entering, but could not, will find themselves in utter destraction.  They will know what has happened.  And a sadness like they have never felt before will consume them.  To their knees they will fall with great tears and begging.  But to no avail.

The night will come, the day will come, and then the night again.  And so for weeks and months and years, their plight only dissipates by virtue of their weak memory.  And the distractions caused by threats of death and injury will consume them.

Gone is the semblance of peace.   Chaos, murder, rape, theft, intrigued, slander, war, and violence of every kind will become the rule of this place.  Death and sickness beyond measure is about to let loose its terror on men.  And those who were nearly there to enter, will know.

Gone is the restraint of righteous men in Christ.  Gone is the voice of godly reason.  Gone is effective prayer.  Gone is the Holy Spirit, which has directed His holy people to do the good works of God.

And those who nearly entered, but did not, will know.  But to what value?  Will their knowing set them apart from those murderous many?  Will it stop their children from being abused?  Will it guard over their possessions?  What a useless and painful memory this “knowing” will be.

24 “Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to. 25 Once the owner of the house gets up and closes the door, you will stand outside knocking and pleading, ‘Sir, open the door for us.’ (Luke 13)

What the Lord has spoken will come to pass.  Will it come to pass on you?  Will it come to pass on me?  Have we made every effort?  It is impossible for God to lie.  Where is the measure of godly fear in our hearts?

Today is the day of mercy.  Today is the day of grace.  When the owner of the house gets up and closes the door, both of these will cease forever.
