The prostitute smiles at the young man.  Do not miss read her intent.  Young man she is not smiling at you because she likes what she sees.  She is not smiling because of anticipation of fun.  And the prospect of wealth is not enticing her to smile.

Young man pay attention to these words!  She is smiling because she knows she can kill you just by being alive.

Truth has no respect for the flesh.  So when it was given a body it did not take good care of it.  He starved of food.  He did not provided it a place to live.  He did not allow it to fear.  When he allowed it to cry or be angry it was for the sake of God.  And finally he did not allow it to live but gave it over to death willingly.

Truth has no respect for the body.

The truth is of its own. It has no respect for anyone that it should move. It does not care if the one who bears it feels uncomfortable. Nor does it even notice the tears of the proud as they pass it by. And the vacant stare of the fool raises no attention.

The truth will slice through pretence like a sharp knife through water. Truth does not even know that lies exist. It has never owned a clock.

Man die by the billions but the only ones who will be rescued from the grave are those who have loved truth. It doesn’t matter whether you believe what I just said. The grave proves every life.

Those who find themselves loving money and the things of this world more than God are speaking a language that is utterly foreign to eternity.  Never, before this place of testing, was such a language spoken.  And when the lord has destroyed this place that language will utterly cease.

The language of heaven speaks of the power of the Father.  It gives glory to the Lord Jesus.  And it speaks of every desire to love.  It is completely void of selfish behavior and pride of ownership.  And, unlike money, the language of God is endless in its resource.

The Lord Jesus told us that we cannot love God and money.  We will, by the chasm of differences, love one and hate the other.  It is obviously permissible to use money among men.  But the love of it is forbidden by the very nature of eternity’s environment.

There are those who think they can love both.  But they are like the immigrant who’s language is so full of dialect and accent that he cannot be understood.  No one in the kingdom of heaven will speak with unclear tongue.  I marvel that this is acceptable here.

The one who desires to hide the name of Jesus within himself may love God’s Son with all his heart.  But you will find such men despising those who cast their Lord’s name about in their presence.

What a curious truth, that we should love the Lord Jesus yet shun those who find themselves full, to overflowing, with that same love.

Those who watch the procession of God’s people from the hideouts in thorn bushes along the road are in danger of joining that procession.

For a deree has been issued from the Holy Throne of God to the messengers who minister to the people of flesh. 

“Go out along the highway and search the bushes.  Compelled those you find there to come in.  For none of those I have invited will attend my great banquet.  Because they did not honor the the King.  Nor did they consider his Word to be true.
