Demise of The Faith

The Spirit of God moves among men with great strength and determination; holy and pure.  One he raises up, another he lowers to the depths.  The will of God has been and will be forever.

One man lets evil consume him.  While another is driven to what is good.  Evil rests upon the mass of men, still the man who desires what is good presses on.  The grace of God has gripped him.  He will do and become.  Holy desire is granted to him.

Be encouraged.  Be greatly encouraged that you may stand fast in the holy places granted you to stand.

It is like a man to do so, but it is not good that a man shall say to himself, “I will serve the Lord with great willingness as prosperity comes upon me”.  God Himself endures the wickedness of this place in his creation.  Yet with excellent patience and wisdom he waits.  How is wickedness in his creation prosperity?

With the mind of Christ within us, we perceive.  We endure as we are willing to receive.  Let poverty or even abuse assail us, the willing embrace what is.

Shall we leave the great endurance to our Lord, and the holy men of before?  Shall we escape unscathed?  Isn’t it proper that we should take our place among the hated of this world.

Let the natural things come against us.  Let the Evil One and his minions attack for purpose of destruction.  We are called to stand firm.

Let us not say, by our doings, that God is unjust.  Let us not testify that he asks too much and provides too little for us to overcome.

Strength to my brothers and sisters: let your soul look up.  We are not victims or pawns in a great horrible war.  We are called to be holy and kings in the beautiful kingdom of our God.

Donning the patience of the Holy One we will stand.  Those who do not stand well will find their desire corrupt, should they even find desire to look.

Look to what is.  Understand the holy desire of God for all his people.  Count the things you have; those things of uncorruptible nature.  Embrace them as treasure and polish them to shining.

Let today become the beginning of becoming.  As our Superior Lord has done, let us set our face as flint toward overcoming.  As we look back we lose.  But as we purposefully strive forward, God is pleased and his bounty grows.  To he who has, more will be given.  And he will have in abundance.

I cannot help myself.  It is within me and I will speak it:

How desire rages within me to see God’s people full of fruit and maturity.  How I desire to find many wise men.  But they are few and difficult to locate.

When there is to be decisive division between the world and the people of God, I find a glass mixed with dung and pure water.  If a man would not drink such a thing, how is it we expect the Holy One to ingest our service?

No one has but that he has received.  Let us not think that God is not willing to give.  Those who lack, lack because of their unwillingness to ask.  They have loved this world more than the Holy One.  And their ways are known even now!

By this letter I am not asking too much.  God is willing to give!  Should we think his desire is less than holy and perfect?   Is it as many testify, “Salvation is but an evil trick among men”.  If the answer is no, how then should we remain as the Church is found today?

Where is The Faith?  Where is the power of God to save?  Where is the blazing testimony that is willing to die?  Sadly it has been siphoned off by the will of man in his evil intent.

The form of religion has overtaken this people.  They have spurned The Faith and continued on in diluted fashion.  Their way is known.  And their appearance before the Holy throne of God is expected and demanded!

The work of man’s hands has attracted the attention of God’s people; all the glistening to the eye, all the enticement of the ear, and the aroma of all sins that lead away to death.  They have forsaken him for the pleasures of the day.

Is this truly the end of The Faith?  If so, we are very near the end of the day of grace.

Let your heart understand.  Let fear race through your blood.  Cause understanding to consume you!  The time of death is at hand.

If those first ones had said, “The day has appeared and the night is quickly vanishing.   Therefore let us walk as sober minded men.  Let us live as if in the daylight”.  How much more is that today?

May the will of the Holy One be done forever!  Those who desire to live, will live in righteous patience now.  Those who desire to serve, will serve with great faithfulness and endurance.  Let all else falter and fail.

Even so, Lord Jesus come quickly.

OPEN!

Open, O’ will of mine.  Open to the Will of God!  Sleep no more.  Wake and open.

Receive those things He is so desirous to grant.  Open and receive.

Leave these things of abomination!  Seek the face of He who Lives Forever!

Stop!  Turn.  He calls your name.

Will you listen, O’ soul of mine?  Will you hear His Holy words and do them?

If not, answer me!  Tell me why you refuse.  What restrains you?

He offers life!  Why do you balk?

Open, O’ will of mine!  Open to the Holy Will of God!

God is True

Attain.  Remain.  Send honor to the Holy One.

He is true and of excellent wisdom, even to the fullness of the term.

He has sent His Grace abroad; filling all manner of trees of men.

He has set the bounds, perfectly set and firmly.

One will reach to the heavens.  Another is but like a shrub.

The Trees in His Holy Garden of Grace abound.  They are trimmed by the Holy Will of the Living God.

Let a man accept his place.  Yet let him reach toward what is higher.

What tree seeks to grow toward its roots?  Does it not grow to its fullness toward the Sun?

Let a man know his place.  Yet let him give honor to what is full.

Aspire!  Greatly aspire to what is best.

Humility is found in the knowledge of restriction.

The proud seek what they cannot have.  But the humble see, with clear vision, what is theirs to own.

God alone is true, faultless, power beyond the perfected.

He is sovereign, and thrice Holy.

By His Holy Grace we live.  By His Holy Wisdom we own.  By His boundless strength we serve; each in his proper place.

Attain!  Retain!  Send Honor to the Holy One, the Living God and His Holy Word The Christ.

Salvation is a richly variegated garden of souls.

May His Holy Will be done forever!

Amen.

Our Singular Purpose

“From the rising of the Sun to the place where it sets, the name of the Lord is to be praised.” (Psalm 113: 3)

In good times and in bad.  In sickness and in health.  Through riches and poverty.  Through gain and loss.  Till death are we united, The name of the Lord is to be praised.

He has set his way unmovable, he has established from Ancient of Days.  The creatures who were first, and the creatures who are last will encounter the same from the Living God.

There are the multitude who will praise Him; before, now and forever.  To join with them is the promise of the righteous; those who trust in the word of the Lord to the doing of it.

The rebellious will waste away and be no more.  But the living God, and all that is holy, will stand forever.  Praise to the living God in Christ Jesus His Holy Son will remain.  But the wicked will be confounded and lost in their terror.

Let all rise up against me, I will give praise to the Sovereign God through His Holy and Beautiful Son Christ Jesus.

You will do what you do by compulsion, you who despise what is holy.  The taller the Lord’s people stand, the more venomous the hatred of those who hate the Lord.  This also is unmovable in this place of testing.  Why then should we shrink and seek a corner in which we must hide?

Is the Lord hidden in his glorious palace?  Did the Christ of God shirk his calling?  Did he not submit to the Holy will of the Holy One and live?

Is the testimony of the righteous brought to us because they ran to hide from the onslaught of wicked desire?  Have they not lived faithfully for the glory of the Lord who has purchased them and for the testimony which is able to give us strength to testify now?

What will be the saying of those who come after us?  Will they say, “Capitulation has occurred.  The righteous obedience to the living God has been spurned by those who lived that day.”

If there are three who will praise the Lord, regardless their situation, then by all means let it come to be with great exaltation together!  You will not venture to service without me, oh holy brother.  And we will arrive in praise together.

Let our lips praise His name.  Let strength greater than Sampson’s come up on our souls to control the sinful nature.  In word and in deed, let our testimony blaze among men.  Let us fan into flame, blazing flame, the gift of faith and the gift of obedience.  Let a desire to praise Him consume us with holy zeal.

Then a testimony will be written for those who come after.  By this the Lord will provide, even as he has provided for us.  We have an obligation to him.  And in the meeting of this obligation we will have passed down what is ours to give.  We will pass down what is marked indelibly, “GOOD” .

May the name of the Lord be praised for ever!  He is righteous and true, faultless in all his judgment!  Holy Holy Holy is the Lord God Almighty; who was, and is, and is to come!

His appearing blazing fire of righteousness will consume his enemies.  And those who put their trust in the holy Son of God will stand firm forever.

Amen!

Good Works Thief

There are those who steal the good works of others.  They simply put their name in the place of the originator.  They look for reward from those who are able to give.  And they are determined to excel at any cost.  By this they prove they are weak and useless.

There are of course victims to this crime.  The hard work they have done is wasted on those who do not work.

There is a word for both the perpetrator and the victim.

To the perpetrator it is said, “Those who do not work will not eat.”  You may eat well enough now, but there is a coming banquet from which you are not worthy to partake.  Either get busy and provide your own wealth, or humble yourself and accept your proper lowly position.

To the victim it is said, “Do good to those who hate you and spitefuly use you.  Bless them that they may receive.  If they are weak then bolster them with your strength.  Bless and do not curse.  Add to the Lord’s great bounty so many good works that their theft is unnoticed.”

May the name of the Lord God Almighty prosper in his Holy Son.  And may all the Lord’s people reach out to receive the strength of Eternity.

To judge or to be the standard

The Angel stands to minister orders given by God.  He does what he was sent to do.  He knows he is in a direct sight of the Sovereign Father and his Holy Son.  The Holy Angels willingly obey.

The Angels attend the garden of God, which is this place of testing.  They are of the house of God.  They are not of this place of blood and flesh.  Therefore they do not judge man as they minister those things for which they were sent.  Perfectly, their entire being is firmly set on the will of God.  And man receives what God has sent through their hands.

God alone is Judge.  It is the sin of man that he judges his brother while he ministers those things for which he was sent.

In the blindness of flesh we minister among the blind.  By this we mark ourselves as unholy.  It is not right that this should be.

We, who are of the house of God, will do well to consider our place.  It is good that we consider the service of the Holy Angels.  Is also good that we consider the service of men who have achieved a non-judgmental ministry.  (Personally I am convinced that every age of man sees a few such men.)

Those who are of the house of God. through the sacrifice of Christ Jesus, no longer belong to this place of blood and flesh.  They belong to eternity; sealed forever as the sons of God.  How can we then minister our charge as if we belong to the wicked?  I believe it is from a misunderstanding that we sin in this manner.

We are told that we will judge with Christ.  Do we suspect that we will take our place on the judgment bench and dictate the outcome for many?  (“And now, the judgment of all creation will be handed over to Johnny Richter!”)

Perhaps it is better to perceive that we will stand among a great throng; the people plucked from the fire and set apart from all else.

Perhaps it is better to perceive that God will use us as a standard.  He will point to one and say “This one is of your clan, but he has done such and such.   How is it that you did not?”

If that is how it will be on the day of judgement, how is it that Christians judge the wicked even now?  We do not judge with word and condemnation, though we proclaim words from God that do condemn.  Rather, we condemn the wicked by becoming.

By obedience and a willing heart we become God’s desire.  By this we are set apart.  Even in the clan of men from which we are taken we are marked as of the house of God.  And thus our former brothers are condemned even in this place.

We do not take our place among men on a bench crafted to judge.  Like the Holy Angels,  let us carefully choose what we perceive, and how we conduct ourselves as sons of God.

Why should we see their sin, unless it is to help them overcome?   Why should we listen to their vile words, except to increase their vocabulary into that which is holy?  And why should we witness the unlawful and unholy acts of men, except to teach them what is better.

Do not close up the judgment you are saved to display.  It is far better to learn from the Holy One and to do His will.  Let the sovereign God judge by speaking directly to the souls of men.  But let us become obedient and holy servants so that God may use us as an example.

We must assess.  Wisdom dictates assessment.  Who walks an open field successfully with his eyes closed?  Then assess with all due wisdom from God.

But setting our face toward heaven like flint, we purpose in all our being to obey.  By this we become a standard from which our brothers are judged.  And that without a word of personal condemnation from us.

In perfection of service we are not even allowed to compare.  By the true words of the Apostle Paul, we are not even allowed to judge ourselves.  How then shall we judge others?

But let there be no mistake.  As we are called to obey, we are also called to teach.  Let no man embrace the one and forsake the other.  Do not close up what God has opened among men.  For to do so, is to deny the Christ among men.  A thing for which a horrible end is promised.

If this message is not clear, please my brothers in Christ, ask God to show you.  These things are His will.  He will certainly educate.  Only let us be willing to learn.
