Christian Pornography

“Write of the things that please us and we will read what you say.  This life is full of toil and trouble and we have no time for more difficulty.  But give us the oil of joy with your words and we will love you and pay you handsomely.”

You already have many who do that.  They deliver to you the whisperings of a bride to her new husband.  The sweet and intimate words are given to you that belong in the inner room of love.

There are those who deliver you, words that should not belong on their lips, to be displayed in public.  They are made for the privacy of love.  How should such things be delivered to His enemy?

I will not deliver you the words of love, such words as are for the God who has purchased me with his Holy and perfect blood.  My love for him, that he has caused to be, belongs to him and I will not throw them on the battlefield.

Instead I will deliver to you what is helpful against your sin.  Words of despising what is unholy, these I will deliver to you.  For this you will despise me, for I will despise your wicked longing.  I will despise the heart of man.

Such writings are as of those which the world hides in a dark corner; the pictures and words of lust.  People giggle with delight as the things of the marriage bed are exposed to all; a thing that, by his command, should never be.

But you are outside the house.  What you will see and read from me are the things that deter your entry; those things which test your heart.  For such words will agree with the command of God toward those who hate him.

First pass by the guard.  Be willingly stripped of all that is abhorrent to my husband.  Be stripped of what is enemy; the weapons of slaughter you used to hang him on a cross.

Then allow yourself to be brought to the courtyard where you will learn the things that please him.  There you will be taught with relentless, vicious truth.  There you will learn to abhor what was yours.  And if you are willing they will be beaten from you.  Then your soul will wear the stripes that count you as one of his.

I will not write for you the things of lovely intent.  Such writings are a lie to those who are of the enemy of God.  They speak of his lovely promise unveiled.  They speak of an eternity that does not belong to the enemy of God.

Come and hate me with jealousy.  Come and ignore me for I will not give you your desire.  Desire with jealousy; for such has been the conversion of many.

Present yourself to him that he may cleanse you, and then we are brothers and sisters alike.  Then you yourself will hear the words that now you desire to know from me, a servant of the Most High, in Christ Jesus, blessed by his Holy promise and Holy will .

He is faithful and trustworthy and strong.  He is the full promise of the Most High God.  Beautiful is he and glorious!   And sweet is he is Holy embrace!

But you O’ enemy of God, you desire to hear his beautiful words as if they are but pornography.

Wisdom

Wisdom is the application of achieving our desire.  The Fox is called wise.  It is not because of his knowledge of the things of men.  Rather it is because he likes to eat and to survive.  He is exceedingly stealthy and skittish.  For he perceives that there is no one else to provide for him.  So with all his strength, he applies himself to the things of himself.

The wisdom of this world and the wisdom of God are utterly different.  The wisdom of this world is stealthy and skittish.  It is designed to protect against loss.  And in this pathetic way, men call it gain.

But the wisdom of God is gain with no loss.  It is not defensive in nature.  For there is nothing to lose.  God is pure gain, unto eternal stability.

The things of men rust and dissipate quickly.  So, to the extent that a man desires these things, he will join with the world’s definition of wisdom.

The Holy Lord is, and will never cease to be.  All that is his, and that which he offers, can not fade or dissipate.  Therefore, those who desire His things define themselves by the wisdom of God.

The world will kill to attain and retain.  They are wise in defending their noxious desire.  But God freely gives from his endless Reserve.  What he gives is pure life. Those who receive his things fully, find themselves free of the greedy wisdom of this world.

This is central to the reason why men hate the gospel of Jesus Christ.  This is also central in understanding Christians.  To the extent of their belief, you will never move them from their place.

The wisdom of God goes directly against the wisdom of loss.  Worldly people are “hardwired”, if you will, to remain defensive.  So a man of this world can never receive the gospel.

To desire the things of God, a man must find fault with his own way.  Only then does he desire to find what is sure.  God comes to him and shows him the folly of man’s desire.  Now the choice belongs to that man.

Will he abandon, or embrace, what he knows to be folly.  See how his heart is laid bare.  God knows the man’s every thought.

And so it is with all men.  For the Holy Lord has promised, there will be no excuse.  The wisdom of God still cries out in the very streets men walk to protect against loss.

Wisdom from God is offered to men freely and without judgment.  A man need only to believe that there is a difference between the wisdom of men and the wisdom of God.  Men lie in their wisdom.  God does not.

Holy Squalor

It is no shame for a man to live in the squalor of this world.  Let bugs and dust cover what he owns, it does not decrease his value.  Poverty is, and it takes its toll upon the prosperity of men.

But if a man is ashamed of the Living God and His holy Christ, what squalor surrounds him?  Though he lives in the greatest of splendor here, he is eternally impoverished, and filled to overflowing with shame.  Though he is forced to live as less, while he is here, the one who is ashamed of God while he lives in the shame of this world is impoverished for eternity.

Every man has the possessions he has.  And he has according to the place he has been assigned.  Yet how few reach to the things of promise.  How many accept their position of shame and think highly of themselves?

To this very day shame is harvested in abundance!   Where, among our things, is the prosperity of God?  Where is the strength that gives life?

There are holy kings who live among the bugs and dirt.  There are holy kings who live in rich abundance here.  These will not be ashamed as they stand before the Most High, for they have not been ashamed of him while they lived among their things.

Pursuit of Desire

A man chases after the things he thinks are good.  If he is cold his entire mind, body and heart desire warm clothing.  If he is parched and overheated he will desire water, shade and cool.

The desire of man is a beautiful and useful tool.  And desire is provoked by perception.

Who perceives his own death?  Who perceives his heart is cold before the living God?   Who perceives that he is dying of thirst?  Such a man will desire the water of life God offers.

Warm clothing of eternity and living water for his parched soul.  If he does not desire these things but finds himself lacking, what wisdom can be said he owns?

Who perceives that he is parched and about to die for over exposure to the things of hell?  Such a man will greatly desire to live in the shadow of the Most High.

Men pursue what they desire.  What they desire defines what they pursue.

Young men pursue lust.  Old men live in their habits of lust! Who is wise among men to pursue eternal life with desire born of God?  Such a man will live!

The Land of Shadows

Man, who are you; you who live in darkness and refer to heaven as if it is but a Shadow?  Because you have never perceived it, you deny it.  You accuse what is true, without thought.

You have never touched it, or so you think.  You have never seen it, or so you think.  You have never heard it, or so you think.  You do not know its dimensions or what it contains, or so you think.

You mock what is holy, without knowledge.  All the while you, who live in the land of shadow, unjustly refer to heaven as shadow.  By this you speak your own language.  By this you use false accusation against He who is Holy and true.

You contrive your own vision while ignoring what can be seen.  You invent sounds of your own to replace what can be heard.  You relegate the space of a building, that you have erected with your own hands, and call it holy.  There you have placed God.  And you will not welcome him in your streets or homes!  God is driven from your business for the sake of money and power.

You dress yourself with glory among men.  But you push God of as a popper and a beggar.  You promote what is vile, while you call what is holy vile.  How shall you be received?

The glory of God can be seen in the things that were made without your hands.  All creation testifies to life and faithfulness but you close your eyes.  “These cannot be truth they are not built by man.”  So you say.  And by this saying you retain your own condemnation.

The Word of God is present among the people but you refuse to listen.  You prefer the sounds of shadow.  And you sin against the Lord by calling the shadow good.  You refuse to listen to the words of life.  Therefore you remain a shadow.

The dimensions of your world end at the sight of your eyes.  What is within your world is not holy and good.  You know this but prefer to ignore.  Therefore you are blind.

Holy is a blazing, eternal life.  When it appears the shadows are dispelled.  Your eyes cannot stand the intensity of what is true.  Your ears cannot interpret the sounds of heaven.  And though you live your life of shadows within the holy God, you cannot perceive his dimension or nature.

Who are you?  Who are you to love what is shadow and ignore what is pure light?  You hinder yourself.

The door approaches.  Even as you live this day, it has come that much closer.  Soon it will engulf you.  And you will permanently leave this place of shadows.

Allow yourself to wake up.  Now is the day of salvation.  The sights, sounds, dimensions, and nature of eternity will confront you.  If you remain in shadows you will not perceive correctly on that day.   Though you will stand in the presence of heaven you will be locked eternally with blindness deafness and no ability to perceive.

Salvation is near.  You live in eternity.  For God lives forever, and this place of shadows is in his presence.

By his great wisdom he has created this place of blindness.  Frustrated by he who accused, it has become a land full of shadow and sin.  By this place he will know the heart of all men.  By this place he has proved his faithfulness.  By this place his Holy Son sits enthroned forever.

Will you mock him?  Will you continue to contrive your own heaven?  Will you remain apart from him?  Will you invent your own God?

Or will you stop?  Will you humbly ask for eyes that see?  Will you humble yourself and ask for ears that hear?  Will you throw away your pride and receive the knowledge his wisdom is willing to give?

A cloak is placed over what is holy, in this realm of shadows.  It is not to be perceived nor movable by man, without the mercy of God.  But to those who will humble themselves, and ask with consistent and earnest heart, the Lord reveals what is true.

The land of shadows today says, “We are better than those who came before”.  Prove to me then how you are dissimilar to all men!   You elevate yourself!

If you point to your toys I will call you a liar.  Your toys are not you!  This is a lie you embrace willingly, which is spawned from those who live in the land of shadows.

If you show me what is called the modern God, I will call you a liar!  For Jesus Christ is the exact representation of the Heavenly Father, and he is the same yesterday, today and forever.  Your modern God is nothing more than some rock you have carved.  With great pride and a lifted chin, you look down on what is true. This idol is a spawn of those who live in the land of shadows.

Testify!  Prove to me that you know the living God, and I will remove these words from before your face.  I have eternal confidence these words will never move.

You punish a man who in endangers others and himself.  You restrain him for his safety and that of others.  You chastise the rebellious among you liberally. Yet you balk at these words.

You consider these words harsh.  They are but the tip of a feather against the skin.  These words a testimony from a man.  On the day you are engulfed the approaching door, you will hear these words from the Holy One himself.  Do you think you will balk then?

Pleasing God

Let no brother or sister in Christ believe that it is impossible to please God.  In the sum of our salvation, there is no sacrifice we can make to save our souls, for all belongs to God.  Yes, this is true.  And Jesus, the Word of God, has made the sacrifice for all men; fulfilling the entire Law of God.  Yes, this is true.

But God pleases God.  Isn’t that the gist of the Gospel?  And where God is, there is pleasure to God.  Isn’t that true?  And when God moves, there is pleasure in the Holy Throne Room.  Isn’t that true?  So when we learn to do the things of God willingly, doesn’t that bring pleasure to God?  So how can one intelligently say, “It is impossible to please God?”

I understand the confusion.  Salvational pleasure cannot be brought about by any man; fulfilling the Holy Law of God is impossible for anyone who has sinned even once.  Salvation belongs to the One who is unblemished.  But the living in the Holy Spirit gives great pleasure to the One who bought us by His Holy Blood.

Let us not take the words of others without giving them lengthy consideration.  They may have understood before they spoke.  And what they spoke may be faultless.  But has our perception come in line with understanding?

A man may think that to say it is possible to please God leads to pompous and errant thoughts of self.  Thus many deny the possibility.  But do they do God a favor by beating any possible joy from their soul?  Aren’t they trying to please God by denying that pleasing God is possible?

Why isn’t it better to live in the freedom of fellowship with Jesus?  Why isn’t it better to receive that Holy smile of pleasure?  Again, let us be careful what we include and disclude.
