life sucks but that’s what it is moment of happiness that’s what is terror that’s what is joy that’s what he is on and on and on, we could go. but even that is what is you won’t find peace trying to change what is. you either accept it or have anxiety because you can’t. […]
You can’t know how evil this generation is until you try to do the speed limit on open roads. After about an hour, you will notice maybe one person was doing the speed limit with you. Everyone else is breaking the law on purpose. There is no respect in this generation for holiness. Try it […]
They search the Internet to fight against Christ. Hoping beyond hope that they find a fiery argument. They pass their hours ignoring anything but themselves. What a ridiculous waste of time. Time. In the space of eternity, it’s horribly sad how much we get. I’m 73 this year and I’m amazed not only that I’m […]
If a person is not controlled by the living, God‘s holy son, Jesus that person is controlled by the enemy of God. Folks don’t understand, it’s not a question of; I’ll take my chances at the judgment. Only those who want to be controlled by the son of God Christ Jesus will enter. The rest […]
I want to talk to a man about Christ who told me “I’ll take my chances“. I didn’t bother to explain to him that he has no chance at all. In ourselves, hidden in our blindness, we think we find refuge. That’s like a soldier hiding under a tree trunk on the front line oblivious […]
Life is just a game and we are the hapless players. It’s an impossible game unless you know the winning move. No human can contrive the winning scenario. You have to play so why would you want to lose? All you need to do is call for help from Jesus. And trust him to come […]
Fox News “Achingly close to Jesus’ Christianity“ I didn’t know there was another Christianity or a variation to Christ “I anity“ People if you don’t know what you’re talking about shut up!
Who in their right mind would never put gasoline in their car and then try to drive it every single day? Would they tell you, “I have a gas card from Kroger and it gives me everything I need”. Then go be happy to sit in your car with your Kroger card.! Like wise, who […]
What to say in regard to this? Let God speak. I wake into the necessary. From a fitful series of dreams to the reality of a nightmare. And what does this nightmare look like? I can speak to myself with understanding, but how do I speak to those who do not have understanding and do […]
These days people watch the weather forecast with furrowed brow. Trying hard to plan their future scarred by the invisible. The same is true of millions of pieces of unknown information. But there is one particular phenomenon the world absolutely refuses to check in on, yet it has the most violent impact in our lives. […]
I watched the movie about the Apostle John last night. And as I suck down on my first cup of coffee I ponder what I take away from the encounter. Among the things taken from that movie, one item stands out clearly. There is a people of God who will suffer greatly under the hands which belong to those who worship the beast. This is why I write. This is why I pray. This is why we support and spread the Gospel with vigor.
Jesus is the preserver of our Faith. So when we keep our faith in him he will preserve our faith in any extreme situation. So, as you said, we can face trials and persecution with confidence.

Hello. This statement really stood out as I read this post. “I now see the gospel itself as a defense toward the ungodly. It touches directly on something that has been impressed on me for years. When the final deception is in play, every shread of physical manifestation is going to support the deception. The son of perdition will appear to be the one who saves the day to those who do not have an understanding of scripture and are walking close to Jesus. We will have to stand solely upon what we know.
Revelation 13:7 tells us that the beast will make war against the saints and overcome them in the physical. Revelation 12:11 provides the formula by which we endure to the end. And in Matthew 28:20 we have the promise of Jesus; that he will be with us always. Even unto the end of the world. indeed a season unlike any other lies before us. It should not cause us to be fearful, but rather should cause us commit the keeping of our souls unto our faithful Creator.
In someimes prayerfully inquire; wondering if I’m as prepared as my commens tend to suggest. I don’t know the full answer to this, however, I know what to do. Draw close to Jesus now. Richard Wurmbrand stated words to the effect that the time for deep spiritual preparation is before the trial is at hand.
Thanks for a most insightful post. I must remember to add your site to the blogroll. Blessings always in Jesus name.

Tim, my heart is comforted to know you are along side me. The narrow way is too narrow to walk side by side. And sometimes we loose sight ot the ones ahead. So a whisper from a brother behind me is a wonderful encouragement.
Please allow me to breathe a response. The Spirit will carry us through this coming horror with great delight. Not that we revel in the tragedy of others. But that we serve the Living God. I know you know this. But it is so sweet to say it again.
We rest in great and abiding confidence that He will complete that which He has started in us. I remember what He said, “I do not give as the world gives.” I can’t describe what that means to the full. But I know the effect it has on my soul as I consider what is coming.
Even this Spring through Fall, we will begin to see the shadow of the beast as he approaches to take his place. Already they speak of what is upon them with perplexity and futility. Yet will we sing that new song with lungs and lips full of perfection! We will Glorify Him who has purchased us as one might draw ashes from the flames. He IS! Therefore we will live!
Great blessings to all who call on the name of the Holy God of Israel through His Holy Son, Jesus! Peace to all who are learning to love Him. May His Holy will be done forever! Amen.
